9th city – Xuzhou hosts 3rd International Day of Yoga celebrations today – 1000 Yoga Lovers welcome 3rd IDY at Yunlong Lake, Music Hall Square on 23 June 2017, Xuzhou (Jiangsu) Most of the participants included members of several yoga clubs from Xuzhou, young students and member of local media.

Giving the inaugural address at the IDY launch, Vice Mayor of Xuzhou, Ms. Li Yan, stated that Yoga is an important ancient heritage that India dedicates to the human being! 

Consulate General of India Shanghai had arranged through local resources, a Chinese speaking, Indian Yoga teacher from S-VYASA Yoga University, who conducted the Yoga session for the 1000 plus Yoga practitioners, based on the Common Yoga Protocol sent by the Department of AYUSH.
